Refunds & Cancellation

In case of successful debit of money but failure of transaction or rejection of investment transactions, money will be refunded within 6- 7 working days to your registered bank account which was used for the respective transactions.

You may cancel your order by sending an email to support@mintd.in by 1.00PM. Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled after the given cut off time. Transaction once completed cannot be canceled since units will be allotted by the respective asset management company and you still wish to withdraw the money, units will have to be redeemed from the Mutual Funds.

For payments via transfers from direct banks (Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Kotak Bank, SBI Bank, Yes Bank and HDFC Bank ) no cancellations will be allowed.

We regret to inform you that we have made the difficult decision to sunset Mintd. As such, we will no longer be accepting new investments after March 31st, 2023.
We understand that this may come as a disappointment to our users, and we want to assure you that we have not taken this decision lightly.

Please note that you will have until April 30th, 2023 to withdraw your funds from our platform. After this date, we will initiate the process of closing all user accounts and returning any remaining funds to their respective owners.
